What happens when my payment has an Issue?

When you have an issue of any payment made to us, you need to contact us and tell us the nature of the problem and we will work with you to make sure the issue is solved. You will need the following to confirm payment

• The Mpesa Transaction Code
• Time when the payment was made
The name of the person who made the payment
